Dwarves are a playable race in Baldur's Gate 3.
Racial features[edit | edit source]
- Base Racial Speed
- You can move 7.5 m / 25 ft per turn.
- Size
- Medium
- You have Proficiency with Battleaxes, Handaxes, Light Hammers, and Warhammers.
- Can see in the dark up to 12 m / 40 ft.
- You have Advantage on Saving throws against being and you have Resistance against Poison damage.

- Dwarven Toughness
- Your maximum increases by 1, and increases by 1 again every time you gain a level.

- You have Armour Proficiency with Light armour and Medium armour.

- Can see in the dark up to 24 m / 80 ft.
- You have Advantage on Saving throws against Illusions and against being Charmed or .

- You gain the access to the following Spells:
- 1st Level Spell: Long rest).
- As of Patch 3, the Duergar version of Enlarge notably does not require Concentration.
(at character level 3; Recharge: - 2nd Level Spell: (at character level 5; per battle, does not use Spell Slots).
- 1st Level Spell: Long rest).
