Gnoll Flesh Gnawer are a generic Gnoll enemies found along the Risen Road in Act One. They are feral hyena-like humanoids that slaughter indiscriminately in an attempt to quell the insatiable hunger their demonic creator, Yeenoghu.

One of the most feral mind among the Gnolls, they are driven by their bloodlust, acting with just fang and claws with near suicidal drive.
