Eternal Debtors are one of many humanoid enemies located in the House of Hope. In their first turn in combat, they will attempt to rush an enemy and use Forever Indebted Forever Indebted, dealing Fireball style damage and killing themselves in the process. Afterwards, they will permanently turn into a random Fiend creature.
