Refugee Sconnor is a half-elf civilian found in the Undercity of Baldur's Gated during in Act Three.

Sconnor can be found taking cover under the city alongside 
Refugee Khathi and 
Refugee Pharbz. They are being shot at by Bhaalists 
Blythe, 
Dogaletto, 
Kryss, and 
Phylle. The Bhaalists have already killed half the refugees, despite Sconnor's pleas that they have not done anything.
