Khathi can be found taking cover under the city alongside  Refugee Pharbz and  Refugee Sconnor. They are being shot at by Bhaalists  Blythe,  Dogaletto,  Kryss, and  Phylle. The Bhaalists have already killed half the refugees, despite Sconnor's pleas that they have not done anything.
