Act Three[edit | edit source]

Pharbz can be found taking cover under the city alongside Refugee Khathi and Refugee Sconnor. They are shot at by Bhaalists Blythe, Dogaletto, Kryss, and Phylle. The Bhaalists have already killed half the refugees, despite Sconnor's pleas that they have not done anything.
