The rooftop can be reached by ascending the stairs in the back of the throne room of Moonrise Towers. {{CharLink|Ketheric Thorm}} can be confonted here for the first time. There is a chest behind Ketheric which contains the {{SmRarityItem|Ring of Exalted Marrow}}.
