Newborn Gnolls are Gnoll enemies found in Act One on The Risen Road. They are feral, hyena-like humanoids that slaughter indiscriminately in an attempt to quell the insatiable hunger bestowed upon them by their demonic creator, Yeenoghu.

Despite being freshly spawned from the body of a Bloated Hyena, they have shocking strength and are able to coordinate fiercely with each other.
