Act Three[edit section | visual editor]

Elda is in the Bhaal Temple in the Undercity of Baldur's Gate. She patrols the upper balcony of the temple, near the entrance, and never descends to the central altar ground. When spoken with, Elda talks about how silence is good, and that when she "squeezes", she "makes sure they're quiet".

Elda remains neutral to the party unless attacked, regardless of whether or not the player character is the Dark UrgeDark Urge or Orin is killed.

Of all things, Elda likes silence most, and relishes in "making them all quiet". Thus, she prefers to strangle her victims. If the player character is the Dark Urge, she complains to them of Orin's endless prattle about them. After the fight, she is indifferent to whether the Dark Urge embraces or rejects their Bhaalspawn legacy – the only thing she cares for is Orin's newfound silence.
