Fallen Gur Hunters are an undead Ghast creature in Baldur's Gate 3. They can only be found in Cazador's Dungeon.

  • Fallen Gur Hunters are almost identical to normal Ghasts except for higher STR and hit points.
  • They were once members of the Gur who tried and failed to free their children from Cazador.
