Death Shepherd is an Undead creature in Baldur's Gate 3.

About Death Shepherds

Two Death Shepherds can be found leading a swarm of ghouls along the Rosymorn Monastery Trail, and another appears in the Necrotic Laboratory within the Mind Flayer Colony. A unique Death Shepherd named Garret Dortmell can appear in the Lower City Graveyard if the player chooses to help Nina Dortmell resurrect him.

Attacks and Abilities

2d4 (2~8) Necrotic damage

Defile a target with Myrkul's decaying magic.

 Range: 18 m /  ft

 No Rest for the Wicked ()

Death is but a temporary inconvenience - raise a fallen undead with half of its hit points.

 Range: 3 m / 10 ft

Notes

•  No Rest for the Wicked revives its target with full HP on Tactician difficulty.
• Grants 50 experience when killed.
