Redcaps are a non-playable Fey race in Baldur's Gate 3 exclusively used by Redcap creatures in the game. Known for their bloodlust, they almost exclusively appear in the Sunlit Wetlands, although some also make an appearance in Rivington and the Lower City.

Small, homicidal creatures. Born of bloodlust, they have to keep their caps steeped in blood to survive.
