Jatlo is a Dragonborn who lives in Old Garlow's Place in the Lower City. He's a member of the Anti-Hag Support Group.

Involvement

Jatlo can be found in Old Garlow's Place, where he is working with a group of Hag Survivors. Their leader, Mayrina has been polymorphed into a sheep.

After Mayrina's curse is lifted, she will exclaim that Jatlo was the one who cursed her. If Jalto is confronted, he will drop his ruse and reveal himself as a servant of the hag and a Redcap. He will also revert back to his Redcap form if he is simply attacked.

If the player gets into a fight with the Hag survivors before discovering Jalto's identity, or if they fail to persuade the group, hitting Jalto will cause him to revert to his true form. The other hag survivors will become hostile towards him and allied towards the player.

If Auntie Ethel is killed before meeting any of the hag survivors, Jatlo will already be dead, having killed himself when Ethel died.
