Well aren't you a clever one, scale-pest. Faster than these idiots, at least. They mean to hurt Auntie - the best and most beautiful hag in the Realms.
Jatlo is in Old Garlow's Place, where he is working with a group of hag survivors. Their leader, Mayrina has been polymorphed into a sheep.
After Mayrina's curse is lifted, she exclaims that Jatlo was the one who cursed her. If Jatlo is confronted, he drops his ruse and reveals himself as a servant of the hag and a Redcap. He also reverts back to his Redcap form if he is simply attacked.
If the party gets into a fight with the hag survivors before discovering Jatlo's identity, or if they fail to persuade the group, hitting Jatlo causes him to revert to his Redcap form. The other hag survivors become hostile towards him and ally with the party.
If Auntie Ethel is killed before meeting any of the hag survivors, Jatlo will already be dead, having killed himself when Ethel died.
