Bosk is a bear who can be found at the Emerald Grove speaking to Volo, who unfortunately cannot understand him.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
If the party is meeting Volo for the first time, he and Bosk will be talking in the Sacred Pool. Bosk will try and recount his story to Volo, however, Volo cannot understand him, and instead proceeds to draw a crude sketch of a bear disembowelling some tieflings.
The party can later speak to Bosk with Speak with Animals, and tell him their own story of how they came to be at the Sword Coast. He has a unique reaction for each origin.
