She can be found at the Druid Grove as part of the tiefling mob trying to interupt the Druid ritual.
Act Two[edit | edit source]
If Xeph survives the events at Emerald Grove, her body can be found in the Shadow-Cursed LandsX: -9 Y: 54 among the Tiefling refugees that did not make it to Last Light Inn.
