Tuffet can be found in the Grove sleeping on the elevator near X: 240 Y: 485. The party can ask her to move via Speak with Animals or offer her a Fish. If interacting without Speak with Animals, a party member can nudge her away by passing a DC 10 Animal Handling check. Rangers have the unique option to pass a DC 5 Performance check to lure her away.

Once Tuffet moves to a different spot, she immediately falls asleep, allowing the party to use the elevator.
