Harper Glist is a human ranger and a member of the Harpers in Act Three. He joins Jaheira Jaheira in the battle against the Dark Urge, should the latter choose to accept and embrace their heritage.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Temple of Bhaal[edit | edit source]

Should the Dark Urge defeat Orin Orin the Red and embrace Bhaal's gift, becoming the latter's Chosen, the Harpers set up an ambush at the entrance of the Temple of Bhaal, provided Jaheira Jaheira is alive.

Led by Jaheira and accompanied by Minsc Minsc (if rescued), the Harpers stand guard on the bridge leading out of the temple, preventing the party from leaving. The party then have a brief exchange with Jaheira concerning the Dark Urge's role as the Chosen of Bhaal, and should Minsc be present, have the ability to psionically control him into stabbing Jaheira in the back through his Mind Flayer Tadpole.
