Cambions are a type of Fiend and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. Typically found in the Hells, Cambions are half-fiend, half-mortal, and are resistant to many types of damage.

Scarlet-eyed and bitter-tempered, cambion are the bastard children of devils and mortals, a fusion of two Planes in one body.
In-game racial description

Involvement

Act One

Two Cambions will appear at the back of the bridge entrance after reaching 10 turns left until the Nautiloid crashes. Their high Hit Points, AC and many Resistances make them very difficult to kill directly. Overall, they are meant to force the party to activate the controls or risk being killed by them.

Act Three

Six Vengeful Cambions can be encountered while escaping the House of Hope. It is also possible to encounter two cambions if a certain party member is inflicted by the condition Castigated By Divinity Castigated By Divinity.
