Shadow-Cursed Shambling Mound is a type of Shambling Mound boss enemy found in the Shadow-Cursed Lands of Act Two.

Overview

It is accompanied by six Shadow-Cursed Needle Blights, two Shadow-Cursed Vine Blights, and two undead Harpers.

Shadow-Cursed Shambling Mounds, like its brethren the Shadow-Cursed Vine Blight and the Shadow-Cursed Needle Blight, conceal themselves within the surrounding vegetation in order to ambush passersby. The party must pass a DC 30 Perception check to spot these ambush parties and avoid being surprised.
