Returning Locations[edit | edit source]

Mentioned Locations[edit | edit source]

New Locations[edit | edit source]

Spell Icons[edit | edit source]

The icons for these spells were directly adapted from the previous games

Dialogue[edit | edit source]

Act I[edit | edit source]

Act II[edit | edit source]

You must gather your party before venturing forth
— The Narrator if you try to go to the Shadowfell with your party scrabled
...so sayeth the wise Alaundo
— Jaheira reciting yet another of Alaundo's prophecies

Act III[edit | edit source]

  • The Whispering statues in the Bhaal Temple recite Alaundo's prophecy from the previous games.
    • Whispering Statue: The lord of Murder shall perish...
    • Whispering Statue: ...but in his doom he shall spawn a score of mortal progeny.
    • Whispering Statue: Chaos will be sewn from their passage.
    • Whispering Statue: So sayeth the wise Alaundo.
  • Viconia's battle cry is a direct quote from her old games' battecry. (L'il Alurl! For Shar!)
  • If Lae'zel chooses to go against Vlaakith Gale will comment "Glad to see I'm not the only one on the wrong side of an opnipotent authority figure." Once again this is a reference to Jaheira's voice line in the previous games.

Soundtrack[edit | edit source]

Some of the music took notes from the old games' suites
