Overview[edit | edit source]

Shadow-Cursed Vine Blights, like its brethren the Shadow-Cursed Shambling Mound and the Shadow-Cursed Needle Blight, conceal themselves within the surrounding vegetation in order to ambush passersby. This can be done by breaking the blight's concentration. Blights have a fairly low Constitution modifier of +2, so breaking concentration with damage can be fairly reliable. Allies can also be freed from their restraints by spending an action using Help Help.

Features like Land's Stride: Plants Land's Stride: Plants and Freedom of Movement Freedom of Movement will prevent being restrained and make blights far less dangerous.
