Speak with Dead

Party member: Who are you?

  • Dead Elf: Taeglyn... carpenter. Father of two.

Party member: How did you end up here?

  • Dead Elf: Heading to... Baldur's Gate. Didn't hear... goblin patrol.

Party member: Why is there a heart on one of your shoes?

  • Dead Elf: My son Galean... did it. If I ever missed him... could look down and... remember him.

Party member: There's a bear in one of the other cells. Where did it come from?

  • Dead Elf: Not... bear.

Party member: Were you the only prisoner here?

  • Dead Elf: Goblins took... my friends. Cut them up... for the worgs. For meat.

Party member: How did you get trapped in the tunnel?

  • Dead Elf: Digging... too quickly. Felt tunnel... collapsing. Kept going. Better dead than... worg meat.
