Tracker Puli is a Goblin Tracker in the Goblin Camp in Act One. She hangs around one of the tables close to the cooking split. The player can talk to Puli, who will remark on wanting to be drinking rather than doing more raiding. You can either encourage her or urge she sober up, with Drow characters getting a unique option.
