Cursed Kuo-Toa Chief leads an ambush of undead Kuo-toa along the northern coastline of Reithwin Town. Unlike its fishy brethren, it stands uncloaked on dry land, making it possible to fight without drawing the rest of the ambush's aggression.

It is continuously affected by  Shadow-Cursed Undead, reducing it to a shadow of its former glory, and  Drenched, rendering its opponents soaking wet with each attack.
