Mizora is a Cambion in service of the Archdevil Zariel, as well as Wyll's infernal patron. She plays an important role in Wyll's backstory, as well as his character arc throughout the game. Manipulative, mischievous and always looking to get the best out of her deals, she may be an asset or adversary for the party.

Mizora appears at camp to either punish or reward Wyll, depending on whether Karlach was killed or recruited.
- Rewards Infernal Robe if Karlach was killed, otherwise punishes Wyll.
Act 2
Appears before Wyll, giving him orders to rescue Zariel's asset from the Illithid colony below Moonrise Towers.
