Quartermaster Talli is a human Harper quartermaster found at the Last Light Inn during Act Two.

Last Light Inn[edit | edit source]
Talli can be found in Last Light Inn's courtyard during at X: -30 Y: 128, managing the Harpers' supplies.
If Marcus is exposed as a True Soul, Talli gets 
and joins the fight against his summoned Crawling Claws.
Resolve the Abduction[edit | edit source]
When Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel during Resolve the Abduction, Talli always fails the save and be 
for the remainder of the battle. If Isobel is not saved, she and everyone in Last Light Inn turn into a
