Zara the Mummy is an Mummy trader found at the Circus of the Last Days. She sells dyes and disguise kits, though her intentions as a trader are hidden behind muffled grunts.

Zara can be found at her tent in the Circus of the Last Days, Rivington. X: 52 Y: -75.
The words that attempt to escape her desiccated, undead, presumably tongueless mouth are indecipherable. Understanding her requires passing a 
DC 10 Insight check to understand her miming, or casting Detect Thoughts and passing the associated DC 10 Intelligence check. If the latter check is passed, the player is rewarded with her brusque inner monologue:
