Charming Latham

Charming Latham is a member of the Guild.

Involvement

Charming Latham is with a group from the Guild, arguing with the  Stone Lord's thugs on a beach in Rivington. This beach is accessed by following the path west of South Span Checkpoint to an area with a ship which sailed from Moonrise Towers at X: -212 Y: 87.

If the Guild is assisted, Velicia helps them to unload goods from the ship.

The water elemental can use  Winter's Breath,  Slam, and can mete out cold punishment upon foes with its fists.

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10⁠⁠Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6⁠⁠Cold damage to anyone nearby. It leaves an  Ice surface. On miss, the shard of ice still explodes.

This spell can be cast while you are  Silenced.

Impel a storm of hail and ice to crash from the sky, covering the ground and striking all objects and creatures within range, dealing ⁠Bludgeoning and ⁠Cold damage. It also creates an  Ice surface that lasts 2 turns.
