Zephyr Gish'ra or Ember Gish'ra are a class-like archetype of githyanki NPC encountered throughout Baldur's Gate 3, based off of a Way of the Four Elements Monk.
They are normally only found during the attack on the astral prism in Act 3 and come in two varieties, one that uses Fire (Ember) and the other that uses Wind/Air (Zephyr).
