Hidden Vault is a Location within Emerald Grove in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3.
Access
Main entry to the the Hidden Vault is through the Enclave Library in the Emerald Grove. Access requires completing the Enclave Library Puzzle by obtaining the 
Rune of the Wolf by finishing Rescue the Druid Halsin or pickpocketing it off of Rath.
Story interactions
Besides holding the reward for saving Halsin, there are no interactions possible within the vault.
