Cave Bear is a special bear creature in Baldur's Gate 3.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Halsin Halsin can be found transformed into a Cave Bear during Act One. It also can be activated by using Wild Shape: Cave Bear Wild Shape: Cave Bear.
