Bored Ox is an ox found in the Emerald Grove.

Involvement

Talking to him via Speak with Animals Speak with Animals reveals that he enjoys complaining, envious of the shapechanging druids and annoyed at the tieflings for hiding "shiny bits" in his food. Pursuing the latter topic in dialogue will reveal a Pouch of valuables hidden in a nearby haystack.

A druid character may encourage the ox to meditate so that, one day, he too may be able to change form. This ultimately does not change the ox's dour outlook.
