Harper Meygan is a human ranger who is part of the Harpers in Act Two. She is part of a small group of Harpers on a patrol expedition to the hills east of Last Light Inn.

The party can first encounter Meygan in the Shadow-Cursed Lands by entering via the Grymforge lift.
