Talli can be found in Last Light Inn's courtyard during at X: -30 Y: 128, managing the Harpers' supplies.

If Marcus Falgor Marcus is exposed as a True Soul, Talli gets Stunned Stunned and joins the fight against his summoned Crawling Claw Crawling Claws.
