Rozzak is a goblin NPC who accompanies Minthara at the war table in the Shattered Sanctum X: 333 Y: 42.
Combat
Starting the combat close to Minthara, Rozzak will be under the effect of her 
, increasing his saving throws by 3. He may also use 
during combat to increase Strength by 3 at the expense of 1 AC for 2 turns to him and all allies within 15 m / 50 ft.
Being the closest to the nearest war drum, he can rush to use it and attract other goblins in the area, including the entire Dror Ragzlin throne room. Zurga may also join if she was patrolling nearby when the combat was initiated. It might be best to stealthily dispose of the war drum before the combat starts.
