Lae'zel disapproves
In Baldur's Gate 3 every companion has their own opinion of the player character. You can gain their Approval or Disapproval by making different choices throughout the game. Every party member has their own opinion on various subjects. Companions may agree on disagree with the player's actions in dialogue, combat and quest completion. Every time you their approval changes you get a message in the top left corner of the interface.
