Doora Thumbfoot is a Halfling in Baldur's Gate 3. She can be found on the ground floor of the Elfsong Tavern near one of the doorways to the kitchen.
When talked to, she will offer to sell the player her mother's Polished Necklace with no additional properties for 200 gold. When asked, she says shes selling it to you because she needs more gold than what the jewelers would give her for it, due to the market being flooded by loot brought in by adventurers, which you can apologize for contributing to. The party can choose to reject her offer, buy the necklace, or give her 200 gold and let her keep the necklace
