Rancer is a Goblin Brawler in the Goblin Camp in Act One. He is located on the eastern most side of the Goblin Camp nearby the Goblin children. He'll wander around the cliff's ledge occasionally urinating over the side. If a fight breaks out with the nearby kids, he will join in their defense.
