Lens is a journalist working for the Baldur's Mouth Gazette in the Lower City. She can be found north of Sword Coast Couriers, just before the bridge to Wyrm's Crossing in Rivington during Act 3.

Lens will hail the party as they pass by on the way to Wyrm's Crossing. She is collecting information about the refugee and closed-city situation, and can direct the party to the Baldur's Mouth Gazette to begin the quest Stop the Presses.
