Hellfire Watchers are a type of Steel Watcher in Steel Watch Foundry in Baldur's Gate. They are mostly similar to Steel Watchers.

- When a Hellfire Watcher is about to die it will self-destruct as a result of the passive feature Failsafe Protocol. The explosion will deal 4d12+26Fire damage[Needs Verification] in an area around the Watcher. The fire damage will penetrate immunities and resistances. A Dexterity saving throw can be made to receive half the damage dealt.
- During the quest Disable the Steel Watch, several Hellfire Watchers and a special Steel Watcher Titan can be found in Steel Watch Foundry.
