Za'krug is the goblin boss leading the attack on the Druid Grove at the start of Act One.

Involvement
When the party approaches the Druid Grove for the first time, a cutscene will begin in which Za'krug and a group of goblins attack Aradin, Barth, and Remira outside the main entrance of the Grove. After the cutscene concludes, Za'krug is immediately hostile.

- Similar to the weakened Intellect Devourers on the nearby beach, Za'krug and his cohort are different creatures from the general Goblin Tracker, Bugbear, etc. found throughout Act One. This is revealed on Tactician, where they lack the racial bonuses found on otherwise identical enemies; in Za'krug's case, he lacks the passive .
