Bored Ox can be found in the Emerald Grove in Act One.

A party character can use druids for their shape shifting and annoyed with the tieflings for hiding "shiny bits" in their food. If the party ask about the "shiny bits", the Bored Ox will reveal the location of a hidden Pouch.
