Bored Ox can be found in the Emerald Grove in Act One.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

A party character can use Speak with Animals Speak with Animals to converse with Bored Ox. The ox will reveal that he is envious of the Druids for their shape shifting and annoyed with the Tieflings for hiding "shiny bits" in their food. If the party ask about the "shiny bits", the Bored Ox will reveal the location of a hidden Pouch.

If the interacting party member is a Druid, they can encourage the ox to meditate so that, one day, he too may change form. However, this does not change the ox's dour outlook on life.
