Flesh is a Construct creature in Baldur's Gate 3. It is found in the Gauntlet of Shar. If you ask Balthazar for supplies he will give the player a bell to summon Flesh to aid in battles.

Attacks and Abilities

Flesh will only attack using Slam, then after reaching a certain health threshold it will go Berserk Berserk and begin using its Multiattack instead.
