Moonrise Towers[edit | edit source]

Rylveth can be first encountered on the first floor of Moonrise Towers, where he can be seen patrolling the off-limits area connecting all the different first floor rooms. Intruding in the area will either have Marcus intervene in the party's favor, or engage tresspassing dialogue.
