Gremishka are a type of Monstrosity and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They can be found in Rosymorn Monastery during Act One.

Gremishkas are not the most imposing Monstrosity around, yet they make up for it through numbers and their chaotic reactions to magic.
