The Shadow-Cursed Lands is the main Act Two region. Encompassing Reithwin and its surroundings, the area is almost entirely shrouded in the namesake Shadow Curse which rapidly drains the vitality from affected creatures, transforming them into Shadow Creatures and Shadows. In the areas further from Moonrise Towers even mundane light (such as torches or ) can stave off its effects, but in the areas closer to the Towers only the effects of a Moonlantern will provide sufficient protection. Additionally, some locations in the Lands such as Last Light Inn are protected from the Curse by other effects.

There are two ways to access the Shadow-Cursed Lands:
- From Grymforge via the elevator
- From Rosymorn Monastery Trail
