Ghasts are a type of undead non-playable race and creature in Baldur's Gate 3. They can be found near Rosymorn Monastery and in Cazador's Dungeon.

About ghasts

Ghasts are a more powerful variant of Ghouls, with similar attacks and appearances. They have the unique ability to weaponise their stench and cause  nausea in foes.
