Ghouls are an Undead creature in Baldur's Gate 3.

About Ghouls[edit | edit source]

Ghouls devour the flesh of corpses and hunger for that of the living. Their claws can cause paralysisparalysis, and they are immune to PoisonPoison.

They are immune to Demonspirit MadnessDemonspirit Madness. This prevents them from being driven MadMad due to a failed Wisdom saving throw when the summoner wears Abyss Beckoners. Their Claws attack has a fixed save DC of 5 to Paralyse the target, unless the summoner has Undead Thralls: Better SummonsUndead Thralls: Better Summons in which case the DC increases to 8.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

This particular Ghoul type can be created through the level five variant of the Animate DeadAnimate Dead spell, Animate Dead: GhoulAnimate Dead: Ghoul.
