Spellplague is a hostile Countermeasure Aberration in Baldur's Gate 3 which may appear during the fight Atop the Netherbrain if the player sides with the Emperor. It will appear if a Wizard is present in the party.

The darts always hit their target, and can each be targeted individually.

Shoot a thin green ray from your finger. If the spell reduces the target to 0 hit points, it disintegrates into a crumbly ash.
